Add 1/2 cup of oats, 1 TBSP of the chia seeds, 1 TBSP sweetener, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup yogurt, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup strawberries to a meal prep container and stir.
Repeat the process in the other containers and you're good to go! Store the overnight oats in the fridge, covered. Garnish with crushed graham crackers.
