Combine 1/2 cup old fashioned/rolled oats, 2/3 cup milk, and 1/2 tsp brown sugar or honey in a jar or container. Add your desired toppings such as bananas, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, mango, peanut butter, chia seeds, or coconut flakes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy cold, or in colder weather, microwave for 1 minute to warm.
