Preheat oven to 325°F & grease a muffin tin. Whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Stir in riced broccoli & roasted red pepper. Divide evenly into 8 muffin cavities. Bake for 20-22 min until set. Cool & enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
