
Baked Blueberry Oatmeal (Gluten-Free)

What you need

cup oat bran

cup oat flour

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

cup almond milk
extra large egg

cup egg white

tbsp coconut oil
cup blueberry

tsp agave syrup
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 1 Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. 2 In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except blueberries. 3 Gently fold in blueberries into the batter and pour it into the pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until just set. 4 Allow to cool before slicing. Keep covered in the fridge but if meal prepping, consider adding yogurt and fruit to the containers before sealing them.View original recipe
