
Blueberry Oat Cups

What you need

cup old fashioned oats

tsp baking powder

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt

cup milk
egg

cup agave syrup
cup nut butter

tsp vanilla extract
oz blueberry
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray or muffin liners. 1 In a bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together well. 2 In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, sweetener, nut butter (if using) and vanilla. Mix well. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the blueberries. 3 Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to fill the muffin wells. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the muffins are firm to the touch. Let them cool for a few minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, freezer or on the counter.View original recipe
