cup milk

tsp cinnamon

tsp allspice

vanilla yogurt

tbsp agave syrup

cup almond
Instructions
1 Divide the oats, milk, cinnamon and allspice between 2 small meal prep containers. Mix well. 2 Add the yogurt, sweetener and chopped almonds on top of each container.
