No-Peek Chicken and Rice – super easy dinner recipe! Chicken breasts, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion soup miix.
What you need

chicken broth

cream of chicken soup

cream of mushroom soup

onion soup mix

skinless boneless chicken breast

tsp dried thyme
tsp dried oregano
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with oil. 1 In the baking dish, stir together the rice, broth, soups, and soup mix until well combined. 2 Season the chicken on both sides with the thyme and oregano, then nestle into the rice mixture. 3 Cover the baking dish tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to stand, still covered, for 10 minutes. 4 Divide rice and chicken into meal prep containers. Allow to cool, then cover and refrigerate up to 4 daysView original recipe
