0 Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with oil. 1 In the baking dish, stir together the rice, broth, soups, and soup mix until well combined. 2 Season the chicken on both sides with the thyme and oregano, then nestle into the rice mixture. 3 Cover the baking dish tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to stand, still covered, for 10 minutes. 4 Divide rice and chicken into meal prep containers.
