
Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs (Gluten-Free & Meal Prep Friendly)
These mozzarella stuffed meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and filled with melty cheese in every bite. Perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or meal prep, they pair perfectly with pasta, zoodles, or your favorite sauce.
What you need

can marinara sauce

egg

lb ground beef

cup gluten free pasta

cup zoodles

tsp fine sea salt

cup parmesan cheese
tbsp dried italian seasoning

oz mozzarella cheese
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 425. 1 Add all ingredients for meatballs, except mozzarella, to a bowl, and mix well to combine. 2 Scoop a couple tablespoons of the meatball mixture, and flatten in your hand. Add a cube of mozzarella to the center, and then press the meat around the cheese until it’s completely covered. 3 Roll the meatball to a round shape, and then place on a lined baking tray 4 Repeat until all the meatball mixture is gone. We made 16 large meatballs with this recipe. 5 Bake for 15 minutes, until the meatballs have browned and the cheese has just started oozing out from the meatballs. 6 Serve on zoodles with marinara sauce.View original recipe
