
Basic Homemade Granola (Vegan, Gluten-Free)
What you need

tbsp coconut oil

cup old fashioned oats

cup black walnuts
cup pepitas

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

tbsp agave syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 300 F and coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. 1 Add everything except the chocolate chips to a bowl and mix thoroughly with a spoon. 2 Pour the mixture in the pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 10 minutes, then take the tray out and stir the mixture. Bake for another 5 minutes, stir and place the tray on your stove to let the granola cool. It will continue baking a little on the hot sheet pan too. 3 After it's cooled (about 20 mins), then you can add anything else like chopped dates, chocolate chips, chia seeds, etc. 4 To assemble you can put the granola in one big container or divide it into three containers (about 1/2 cup-1/3 cup of granola per container).View original recipe
