What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp salt

tsp paprika

tbsp dried oregano

cup caesar salad dressing

pinch tapioca flour
chicken breast

cup bread crumbs

head romaine lettuce

oz cheese tortellini

cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. 2. Cut up Romaine lettuce and wash thoroughly. 3. Shred Parmesan cheese. 4. Add bread crumbs to a small pan with some olive oil and sauté until they are browned and crispy. 5. Cut up chicken into tiny pieces and season generously with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and a pinch of tapioca flour or cornstarch (for crispness). 6. Add the seasoned chicken to a medium saucepan with some olive oil and sauté until the chicken is fully cooked through. 7. Once the noodles and chicken have cooked, allow them to cool slightly before adding to a large bowl. 8. In the large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, blackened chicken, shredded Parmesan, crispy bread crumbs, fresh Romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing. 9. Mix all ingredients until well combined and coated with the dressing (add more dressing if desired). 10. Serve immediately or chill for later.View original recipe
