Servings: 4-6 Ingredients: - 2 cups long grain white rice - 1 14.5 oz can low sodium chicken broth - 1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup - 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom - 1 packet onion soup mix - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ lbs.) - ½ tsp. dried thyme - 1/2 tsp. dried oregano Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with oil. 2. In the baking dish, stir together the rice, broth, soups, and soup mix until well-combined. 3. Season the chicken on both sides with the thyme and oregano, then nestle into the rice mixture. 4. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to stand, still covered, for 10 minutes. 5. Divide rice and chicken into meal prep containers.
