clove garlic

tbsp olive oil

cup bbq sauce

tsp cumin powder

cayenne

salt & pepper
Instructions
1 To prep the jackfruit, drain the brine from the can and use two forks to pull apart the jackfruit pieces. It will resemble shredded meat. Set aside. 2 Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. After a minute, add the onion, stir and saute for a few minutes, until fragrant. Then add the garlic and stir. 3 Add the shredded jackfruit to the skillet, followed by the cumin, salt, pepper and bbq sauce. Stir well to combine. 4 Cook the jackfruit mixture, stirring occasionally, for about 7-10 minutes. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.View original recipe
