cup dried fruit

cup raw cashews
cup pepitas

cup ground flaxseed

cup sunflower seed

cup peanut butter

cup honey

pinch salt
Instructions
0 Prep your pan: Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some paper hanging over the edges for easy removal later. 1 Chop the nuts: Add the almonds and cashews to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped. 2 Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts, rolled oats, dried fruit, pepitas, flax, sunflower seeds, and a pinch of sea salt. 3 Prepare the wet ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave in 20-second increments until runny and easy to mix. 4 Combine and mix: Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated. 5 Form the bars: Press the mixture firmly into your lined pan, making sure it’s evenly distributed and packed tightly. 6 Chill and slice: Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the mixture is firm. Once set, lift the parchment paper out of the pan and slice into your desired size bars.View original recipe
